Do you have an Item Limit for consignors?

not at this time. We encourage you to bring your best items so that you sell a high percentage of your things. A consignor who brings 75 great items will do better than a consignor who brings 150 items that are poor quality and marked too high.

What are my Consignor Options regarding printing barcode labels to stick onto my tags?

Option 1 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You'll pick them up and label your items at the store at consignor drop off. Your items will be guaranteed. Option 2 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You'll pick them up on our early label pick-up day (or we can mail them to you for $4) and label your items at home. Then bring your already labeled items IN ORDER on Check In Days. Your items will be guaranteed after all the items are accounted for at check-in.

What kind of items are you accepting for this event? What items are you accepting?

We accept clothing in sizes newborn-teen, junior sizes and maternity clothing in-style and in good condition. Many TEENS wear adult clothing, so we will accept adult sizes , but ONLY in popular teen styles and brands For the Spring Event, we will accept spring and summer clothing, as well as lightweight jackets,, pants, jeans, and long-sleeved shirts that are �spring like� in fabric and look (although, they sell better in the Fall). We will NOT accept heavy jackets, sweaters, sweats, fleece, corduroy clothing, or snow boots (rain boots & cowboy boots are acceptable). Don�t forget about� 4th of July, rain gear, swimwear, and pool accessories! We also will take costumes for dress up play! For our FALL/WINTER event we will accept cold weather items, Christmas and Halloween themed outfits, Childrens Halloween costumes, long sleeves, short sleeves, jackets, coats, snowsuits, hats, gloves, boots, tennis shoes, and jeans/pants. We will also accept athletic shorts here in OK. No flip flops or sandals, sleeveless shirts or tanks.

How should I price my items?

We suggest you set the price at @25-30% of the retail value. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-6 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity and Junior clothing are not shopped as heavily, so price these competitively, also. You can use our Pricing Points Guide to help. My #1 pricing tip: Think "What would I be excited to pay for this?"

Can I be a consignor in more than one Rhea Lana event?

Yes, but you will need to enter your items into the database separately for each specific sale, as well as get new labels. Be sure you enter your items for the correct sale.

Can I bring a guest with me to the Pre-Sale?

YES!! We allow consignors to bring one GUEST with them to shop

Can I use wire hangers?

NO, please do NOT use wire hangers. Clothes DO NOT stay on wire hangers and they can snag clothes. **Use size appropriate plastic hangers to assure your clothes stay on! We suggest to use adult size hangers at @ size 7/8. Your clothes will not sell on the floor. You can use any plastic hanger you have received from a store like Old Navy or Target

How do I secure small pieces with Toys or Equipment?

Place them in a plastic clear bag and then seal with clear packing tape. This is important!

When I sell items in a ziploc bag, how do I attach the price tag?

First, be sure to affix the barcode label to the string tag; do NOT stick it directly onto the item or the bag. Then attach the string tag to the item and place inside the bag, or pin it to the outside of bag. Make sure the tag is visible. Place consignor number and price on bag with a Sharpie in case the tag comes off

How do I carry my clothes while I am shopping?

We have several rolling shopping baskets and large bags you can use. Or you can bring a laundry basket, wagon, or a stroller. All bags/totes/strollers/carts will need to be tagged at the door.

What if my item is not worth your minimum price guideline of $4.00?

If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group.

Should I iron my clothes?

YES! Wrinkled clothes do not sell! The better they look (and smell), the better they sell!

Can I enter additional batches?

Yes, you may enter additional batches. Consignors are only charged the consignor fee of $10 only one time per consignor code, not per batch.

Do you sell furniture?

Yes. Furniture for baby or children's rooms.

Will you be accepting CRIBS at this event?

We will NOT accept any cribs manufactured before Dec 31, 2010. For cribs manufactured between Dec 31, 2010, and June 28, 2011, we can accept them if they have a certificate of compliance and have not been recalled. For cribs manufactured after June 28, 2011, we can accept them if they have not been recalled.
