Appointments required. This will help us control the number of people in the store at one time and save you time! To save more time: -Bring your items PRELABELED if possible - you can pick labels up during one of our early barcode pickup days or by contacting me at teresa@rhealana.com -bring your items in order- we need to verify all your items are present to offer the guarantee. You will unload your items from your car, put in numerical order, wait for quality check, and put your items out on the sale floor after they've been checked.
